Items purchased online are eligible for return/exchange if received by Macy Carlisle within 14 days of original delivery date. All sale items are final sale. Apothecary items are not eligible for return/exchange. All items must be returned in original condition. Returns/exchanges will not be honored on items that have become worn or damaged with day-to-day use; this includes but is not limited to sunglasses, leather goods and jewelry. Macy Carlisle reserves the right to deny any return or exchange at our discretion.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Macy Carlisle is not responsible for damages or lost packages during returns - consider using a trackable and insured method of shipping.

To return orders by mail, please send an email to hello@macycarlisle.com for approval prior to shipping. Items can be sent to Macy Carlisle, 74 Brickerton St, Columbus, MS 39701. Mail returned will be processed within 72 hours of arrival. Online orders may also be returned in-person to The Mill : Design + Home, but will be processed within 72 hours, per normal online return policy.

Please notify us within 3 days of arrival if items were damaged in transit. A refund or replacement will be sent at our discretion. Photos of damages or return of the item may be requested.
